I don't watch college basketball, so I'm going off of highlights, but from what I see he looks like a ridiculously good fit. There is a history of slow guys going well in the NBA, so I'm not to stressed about that.

I think Kyle will succeed - kid has a good head on his shoulders, a strong and supportive family, and some skills that perfectly fit the Spurs' system and culture.

I don't know. His athleticism really is awful. But his passing and his leadership. He was the heart and soul of the Bruins and the only one of their highly touted recruiting class of him, Shabazz Muhammad, Tony Parker, and Jordan Adams that lived up to the hype. If the Spurs can find a way to hide him on defense he could probably be a really valuable reserve. I mean he has a lot of Diaw in his game. His jumpshot has a ridiculously slow release though; hopefully Chip can work another miracle like he did with Kawhi and Tony.

Can you imagine how he must have felt as soon as he heard his name called at pick #30 by the Spurs?
Probably thanking his lucky stars, even now as he prepares for summer league.
His Dad and him were going immediately to the gym to workout and prepare.

"It's amazing what you can accomplish when nobody wants the credit" Kyle said that, that quote is something he learned/took from John Wooden. He also said that fits perfectly for the Spurs.

I really do like this guy. I hope he can improve his defense and overall game to make it in the NBA. I think getting in the gym and working hard to get himself is as good of shape as possible physically will be the key for him.
