Have Patty and Boris' deals been finalized yet?

Text messages aside, have the deals been finalized and official? I just ask because with all the ridiculous deals for guys like Gordon Heyward and Chandler Parsons and Jodie Meeks, I'd rather have them finalized before the Post Bron-Bron :king decision chaos. Their are too many stupid GM's with too much cap space that will be scrambling if the free agent dominoes don't fall their way.

Other GM's can scramble all they want, Boris, Patty and their agents have made verbal agreements/commitments and they're not going to reneg on them, it doesn't work that way. You don't have a thing to worry about.

I only ask because I have seen announcements that other verbal deals are now 'official' like the Kyrie one but I hadn't seen a Patty or Bobo one.

Some FA (official) signings don't get announced anymore if it was already announced before iirc.
