Sorry for posting for this but still... :lol

He had the chance and he blew it. :lol

Chose the Clippers for more playing time or in starting unit.

Wanting to redeem himself to increase his value.

Signs with the Heat for $4.2M/2 years.

But hey! Being starter is now guaranteed unless Ennis outplayed him. :lol

:lol :lol :lol

Really feel sorry for him but can't forget the BS reasons he said why he chose the Clippers. :downspin:

P.S.: You may delete this thread if it's necessary.

LOL Granger.
With LeBron gone and possibly Bosh and of course Wade and Haslem opting out, the Heat can still sign a few people. Sure they won't be James, but with the East so weak, they can still make the playoffs. Would be funny to see them get the 8th seed and the Cavs 1.

lol Wade. Steroid jaw fag. Always hated seeing his attitude and face. TBH I'd root for LeBron in Cleveland (in the East). They will be fun to watch. Watch Kobe join them in like 2 years rofl

There's no contracts signed (AFAIK).
They might have orally agreed on the condition that LeBron would sign.

To those who are ridiculing Granger and poking fun at him now - how funny would it be to see him back out of his oral agreement which as others have stated, could have been contingent on LeBron staying in Miami, and find his way on to the Spurs (who have already expressed interest in him) roster after possibly missing out on Gasol? I know that it's not remotely likely, but I've seen crazier things happen.

Why would the Spurs want him?

Why would the Spurs want him?

We could do much worse as a backup SF - and we're not too far removed from the Spurs aggressively pursuing him to backup Kawhi in the first place.

Unlike some posters, I evaluate players independently of the Spurs' level of interest. I'd still think he sucks and is something of a ring-chasing loser even while rooting for him.

I'm not saying that I disagree with your assessment - but the Spurs pursuit for Granger was real (for whatever reason) and it wasn't that long ago. And as I've said, I know that it was not remotely likely to happen - but I just thought I'd throw out a scenario that would be comical.

I'd be ok with signing him to a partially guaranteed minimum contract and then cutting his broke ass on the last day of training camp.

Awww. So the signing is still unofficial ? That was misleading as it said that he already signs a deal.

Fail thread if ever but sorry I really hates this guy. I know it's normal every time a player links to us, eventually he won't pick us. But he had the chance here and Spurs offered a realistic role to him. He could even possibly the backup of SF as long as he shows he's healthy and proves he can play. And there he goes, he chose the Clippers over us where he'll be playing with Barnes, Bullock, Turkoglu. And he believes he'll be starter and redeems himself. Not only that, he thinks Clippers is more contender than us. Yeah he didn't say that we're not contenders or Clippers is better than us but still hate his drama. If think initially we're the leading suitor to him? I forgot.

He's one of the worst players in the NBA, yet he managed to convince a team to give him more than a minimum contract..he's doing all the laughing:lol..
