Notice in LeBron's letter he did not mention Wiggins or Benneth.
They will be traded for Love, just watch.
Nasty nasty team coming up in Cleveland.

If Melo goes to Chicago then Chicago vs. Cleveland in the eastern conference finals.

A beast in the East, sure. But the NBA Finals would be a whole other level. Irving and Love are still poor defenders, and the Cavs as a whole are still very young and raw. It'll take them a year or two to win it all, if they ever do..

Maybe in 2 years, but not a chance for next season.
I think Lebron made the right decision for himself long-term, but I also think it helps the Spurs' chances of repeating next season. The newly-constructed Cavs are not a threat yet, and now Miami is out of the picture. Our biggest obstacle remains OKC.

Lebron even said it will take time. They wont get it done soon with a new coach, new system, and young players.

Lets be honest, the only way Cavs will be title contenders is if Kyrie and company's numbers dip, and they learn to play defense. When LBJ was with the Heat, They pretty much structured every player to play defense. To do that with the Cavs it's going to take a while.

Why on Earth would you think that?

The odds are essentially based on Cleveland being overwhelming favorites on the East, which I feel is undeniable currently. Even though the Spurs and other Western teams are superior, their individual chances of making it to the Finals is significantly lower than Cleveland's, so their odds are worse.
