If indeed he has narrowed it down to just the Spurs and Bulls, I think it's a no-brainer that he'll come play for the Spurs. Future is much, much brighter there.

If he wants to win, Spurs got him but Bulls can offer him more money.

Bottom line, if he goes to the bulls he'll get bounce out by Lebron pretty much every year. Not really a smart move to play in the same conference against the best player in the league.
