Haven't heard of Monroe, can the Spurs sign this guy?

I think we should run after this guy, he's a Spurs type of a player, ask him to take the MLE in his first year and given that Duncan and Ginobili will retire next year, we can then offer him bigger contract..we won't be having any problem rebuilding post-Duncan era with Parker, Kawhi and Monroe.
