Cleveland has no shot against us, although I do hope we see them in the Finals this year so we can sweep them again...

Never give this guy a flag... he makes us all look bad.

But seriously... you think Delly even makes the team now? I hope he does but I get the feeling they are going to stack with Vets now to support Lebron.

That said, he looked good today, and with Wiggins playing there was plenty of attention I guess if he doesn't make it on the Cavs somebody hopefully picks him up.

Oh no, not Delly.

There were a 33 win team last year with terrible player and management stuff. LeBron is a great player but he can't carry a shitty team like the Cavs by himself to the finals.

Cleveland has no one to stop our inside game and they are so raw in so many fundamental areas they have no shot at winning it all this season. For all the talks of Love going there, there's no guarantee at this point.

He carried a worse team to the Finals in 2007, dude.

Cleveland will get Love and be an instant contender, a stronger team than the Heat this year.

LeBron also get his ref treatment back, he turned heel with Decision and now he is a hero again, expect Durant-level free throws.

They have a significantly higher chance than Spurs to win next year according to the Vegas.

or he could be a legitimate 12yr old :lol

But Cavs are stacked with young talent and a new coach. And if they and the Spurs reach the finals, it's gonna be young legs, and a hungry Lebron vs veteran experience

Kyrie Irving isn't all too impressive.

Sure he can score, but wasn't it just a couple of years ago that he was rated as statistically the worst defensive PG in the league? Hes like the Dejuan Blair of PG's.

let's bump this thread in 2 years.

for now we don't have anything to worry about of the east. it's just the west we have to worry about.

Yep. If MarshMello had a clue he would sign for one year wherever and then do for the start of 2015-16 as he claims he wants -play with LeBron. I think Cleveland has more cap space after 2014-15.

Would love for them to acquire Love. Would botch either the Lakers'/Celtics' plan of snagging him.

A LeBron, Love and Irving trio is better than 2014's LeBron, Bosh and Wade trio. The Cavs are also a better rebounding team, especially once they get Love. They'll be a shoe-in for the FINALS barring injury.

Whose playing defense on that team? Love hasn't signed yet.

Cleveland is going to be horrible. Here's why:

Kyrie Irving is a over-hyped scrub who got so embarrassed by Norris Cole on Fan Appreciation Night in Cleveland two years ago that he walked briskly to the locker room after the game and refused to come out to thank the fans for showing up all season like everyone else on his team did.

Tristian Thompson is an undersized 6'8 Center. He can't match up with anyone in the NBA.

Matthew Deladova doesn't intimidate ANYONE on the defensive end. Other guards lick their chops going up against him.

Anthony Bennet is a bum, through and though, and the Cavs are a laughing stock for drafting him #1 overall.

Varejao has been washed up for years, and was never good to begin with.

Brendan Haywood is a scrub center, but ironically, the best one on the Cavs.

Carrick Felix just sucks.

All that said, Waiters, Wiggins, Dwight Powell, Joe Harris, and Lebron are all very good players, but overall the roster is pathetic, and has a severe lack of depth. There are a bunch of over-hyped guys here, and that's the reason this SAME Cavs team has been DREADFUL for the past 4 years.

Get ready for the media (ESPN mostly) to blame rookie coach David Blatt, the Cavs youth and inexperience, and the "expectations weighing the team down too much" when this team fails. Were all going to be hearing it A LOT.

Lebron had Wade, Bosh, Allen and Battier and won 1 game in the Finals... 1.

Obviously trolling, but CLE is automatically a top 3 team in the East, along with Indy and CHI depending on Rose's health. Lebron carried a worse Cavs team in 2007 to the Finals, wouldn't be surprised if he did it again this year, esp with Indy likely getting worse losing Stephenson. But if we can get back to the big dance, I'd like our chances against them, even if they do get Love.
