In all honesty.. I don't find this too 'out-there'. Hell, I bet most of us would've agreed with him after the post-season that year (2012). He said the Spurs could win a championship, they just wouldn't be the favorites - which is fair enough. Even last year OKC, Clippers, and Miami were all considered favorites over the Spurs. It's easy to talk now since our team is fresh off their championship, but back in 2012/2013 these were fair arguments. If not for Mills' emergence and Boris 2.0, who knows if the Spurs would've even beaten Miami. It's the little things that make all the difference.
