Another big apartment fire in SA. One yesterday. Both started about the same time of the day, around 6 pm. Both have the same style of being top heavy.

Could we have a possible manic arsonist?

clue me in on how the other exactly was started? I work down the street from the one from yesterday and a coworker of mine lives there and still not sure how it began. Hope thats not the case.

Where was today's fire? I was driving home along Bitters/Starcrest/W'bach pkwy, and it looked like it was on Thousand Oaks, maybe?

Exstatic - can you check your private messages? (it's not regarding the fire)

There was another fire on Friday night! I am starting to think there IS an arsonist. They need to stop him before he kills someone. I'm going out of town for the weekend, so I hope my apartment is still here when I get back........

We got renters insurance yesterday, and I work at an apartment community...It is not that expensive to get at all, and it is worth it if it's your building collapsing from a fire with all of your crap inside...You know most of those people are just fucked.. That fire was terrible.

If you have car insurance you might check with that company. Some offer discounts.

You should buy it anyway. I just don't understand why people do get it, when they have bunch of stuff in an apartment in the first place. Premiums are NOT rediculously outrageous. I have Renters to cover up to $20,000, and I only pay like $6 a month. Seriously, $6 a month. So what if it would take away from one meal at McDonalds.

I'd like to appologize on behalf of.....

no, seriously, that sucks. I hope they catch the guy. There are much safer, and legal, ways to feed your pyro needs. That's what the 4th of July is for.

It does sound like it's a serial arsonist.

Man, thats awful. I lived in a complex with a serial arsonist and a lot of people ended up homeless because of him.

The articles don't mention anything about arson, and isn't arson very easy to pick up on?
