:lmao... only a 2 year deal with the Cavs per Windhorst. You know Riley will be scheming all types of shit to get him back

LOL he'll never go back to the Heat.
Lakers, maybe when Kobe is no longer poisoning that organization.
Or he just wants to keep Heat "fans" hoping that one day he will come back when in reality he will play the remainder of his days in Cleveland.

He's joining the Thunder
Lebron needs shorter deals as a bargaining chip against management. If he even gets a hint of penny pinching, you can bet he will leverage his short contract to force moves.
Or he's just keeping his options open to join the Spurs in 2016.

Makes no sense. A 3-year deal with a player option on year 3 makes the most sense. After only two years in Cleveland they won't have his Bird rights.

Lebron is not loyal. He'll go to the hot team that can afford him.
It's all about getting max money

They'll have Early Bird Rights, which will allow them to go over the cap to pay him the minimum of:
(1) 175% of his previous year's salary
(2) 35% of the cap
The number in (1) would be something along the lines of $38 million, so the cap would have to come in around $108 million for him to not get a max contract.

he will come back to Miami when he is 39yr old and win one more ring there like Gary Payton did, imho

Thanks. That's what I get for going on memory. I thought Early Bird rights were more restrictive than that.
A 2-year contract kind of contradicts the whole "I'm coming home" story, though.

Yeah, LeBron can't ever leave short of finding out Gilbert is a child molester or that Blatt kept women locked up in his basement for a decade. The fallout would be unreal and his endorsements would dry up for years just like when Kobe raped.

Even then, they'd probably just bring Potato Head back tbh.

I joked about this notion earlier, but as erratic as these coddled superstars sometimes think, it wouldn't surprise me at all if all of the sudden LBJ pulls a MJ and decides he wants to try out for the Cleveland Browns. I honestly could see him pulling something like that.

Dude is a mercenary,,,don't kid yourselves. He'll be in New York with Melo in two years if Jackson is coaching and they land another top free agent and create another Big 3.

No.. what the fuck kind of legacy does LeBron James expect to leave if he keeps leaching on to new teams every couple of years? The dude cares a great deal about his legacy. He knows it is not just about the number of championships. He went back home and committed to winning them a couple of rings. That's what he needs to do

LeBron isn't ever leaving Cleveland again. He will re-sign in two years when the cap goes way up, and lock in a 5-year max deal with the Cavs.

The kind of legacy that ESPN/Media concocts & disseminates far & wide for him. And it's gonna be a whopper.

Windhorst just said on Le Batard show that LeBron has an opt out after year 1 to keep Dan Gilbert "in line".. it's absolutely not a guarantee he's re-signing.
- he also said LeBron may have decided on going back to Cleveland as early as 2011... he was following LeBron around in Akron that entire lockout summer & thinks LeBron fell back in love with his hometown during that time..

Also: Le Batard thinks LeBron's crew is trying to run that entire Cleveland franchise, something he couldn't do in Miami.

LeCoon is obsessed with the perception of his "NBA legacy" according to the antiquated narrative created by casual fans/Jew media, tbh..
Illogical "legacy boosters" such as "staying with 1 team", Finals record, blindly counting rings, etc..all the stupid shit that casual fans buy from the Jew media, tbh..
The only reason he's back in Cleveland is to push the "returning home" narrative, which has unarguably revitalized his popularity with the media and White fans..if he wins a ring in Cleveland, idiot fans and media will play the "he won a ring for his hometown" card and act like it's more significant than any other ring he would have won in Miami or elsewhere as the best player on the team:lol..
He succumbed to the pressure of his masters, sadly..

He also got tired of carrying Wade and wanted back at Arison for Jewing the Heat out of Miller last year tbh.

That tired old shit bag piss pot faggot's legacy was determined by his wife. ha!
Don't waste a second rearranging Howard's legacy. He got up promptly off his ass at 0-2 & acted like somebody. & it wasn't like anyone noticed. He didn't have to face the music. There wasn't any.
Gasol can't win a single playoff game without Kobe holding his hand.
Kobe: 2
Daddy: 1
Neal raped. Don't fret though, not your mother, your daughter, your wife, your girlfriend, just human debris in the way. It's okay.
