"The Pacers would love to make a deal for Phoenix’s Goran Dragic, with Lance Stephenson being a candidate to go to the Suns in a sign-and-trade," writes Lawrence. "But the Pacers want to keep George Hill, their much-maligned point guard."
Dragic on Indy would be crazy.

They would never take Stephenson in here. Aside from Archie Goodwin's criminal ways they're cleaner than a nun's snootch on the Sabbath.

Isn't this rumor about a week old and completely unfounded?

This makes sense if the Suns see Bledsoe as a better PG plan than Dragic, but thats crazy. you could get more than stephenson, i would think

They wouldn't. It's an old rumor that got "reported" for some reason, even though the interest was strictly one-sided. (In other words, Pacers called Suns with the offer, Suns laughed and hung up the phone.)

Would love to hear from a Suns fan...
Phoenix just signed Isiah Thomas, who turned down Sacramento's offer supposedly because he didn't want to be a 6th-man type spark plug. He wanted to start.
With 6-ish point guards now on the roster, is the goal to go with Dragic and Thomas as a very small starting backcourt? I would assume Thomas agreed with Phoenix under conditions he wouldnt be 6th man. In other words, wouldn't pursuing a Stephenson who can play the 2 or 3 spot and has more size make sense, even if he's got a touch of the Ron Artest in him?

I wouldn't trade Dragic even if the Clippers came calling with CP3.

Suns would be pretty dumb if they agreed to Stephenson for Dragic.
I'm looking forward to seeing a Thomas/Dragic back court next year.

- "Careful."---is Dragic a one city pony? He left here, went to summer camp in Houston and mother & father had to drive over & fetch him home. But, it's no sweat off your bee hive nut sack, you being draped in 5 and all.
You're about as much a Clipper patriot as I'm 25 years-old.
