Wow, this kid is unreal. So, it's been reported he's playing PG in the summer league and Coach Kidd believes the kid can play point. This dude is freakishly long and athletic and may still be growing (6'11?) and if he actually develops into a PG, watch out :wow

On Monday night in the Bucks' game against the Utah Jazz, Antetokounmpo played almost exclusively as the primary ball-handler in a team-high 32 minutes.

But does Kidd really think Antetokounmpo could handle the point guard — or point forward — duties during the regular season?

The answer is a qualified yes.

"We've seen it in practice," Kidd said. "When you see a player's comfort level with the ball — no matter what size — we wanted to see it in game action. We slowly have started letting him have the ball and running the offense."

Look at those hands! No wonder he looks effortless deflecting and denying the ball.

Yeah, he has a higher ceiling than both of those guys. But he has a much lower floor as well. He could easily be the next Anthony Randolph, especially with Kidd at the helm.

He just lost by 29 to a Spurs squad that isn't very talented, and he had 0 assists and 6 turnovers. But still, what an intriguing prospect he is.

I didn't even realize his dude was in the league last year. Looked up his stats and he has a very shitty shooting %.

The Randolph comparison is valid, does anyone know if Randolph actually displayed skills on the floor, or was he all hype?

He is very good and I think if healthy he will easily have a better career than Randolph. He's way better. He still has to improve obviously, but he's damn good.

His brother playing in the Summer League too? How does he look?

I like the way he runs the break... none of that veering out to the sidelines like most PG's do in traffic today. A good PG handles the ball in traffic up the middle of the court.

Randolph was phenomenally skilled for a high school prospect, reasonably skilled for a college player, and stunted in skill as a pro. His ceiling physically was the high end of a vaulted ceiling, but his realistic ability to develop meant the vault was that of an A-frame cottage. Randolph's actual ceiling was nearest the walls, and therefore nowhere near the peak.

Even freak prospects need coaching. Randolph never got it.

We'll see if that holds true for Greek freaks prospects.

I only know what's in the box score. Didn't see the game.
