Boozer's actually decent offensively still tbh. Can still shoot the mid-range and has nice touch around the basket most of the time. He just sucks defensively and his rebounding has regressed a little bit. He will also miss some bunnies and then scream at himself a lot. So there's that.

That review started out just peaches, but, Lord-a-mighty it ended in flames. Methinks you found yourself incapable of honesty and stepped out the side door with the thundering horde.

Boozer is a solid pickup, nothing more, nothing less. It offsets losing Gasol, and might improve them a little bit, but to think that "saved" the offseason is absolutely not true. Lin is overrated and overhyped but is a better acquisition than Boozer by most accounts.

The Lakers are still no better than an 8th seed in the stacked West though.
