Any particular reason you went with 4-0?

Dude, this season I will be playing the plays I use, I've already explained the thing with Blake.
Right now I'm looking at two games, your Raiders at the Jets and the Browns at Pitt. The reasons to back Jets/Steelers....overwelming.
At what point do you figure out I know too much about this this not to hit around 65%? Hell guy, right over there 10 years of trends/stats, everything a point spread player needs. What, I ignore all that stuff?
There are plays in mag where if ya just went with those...60%. That's what the mag has averaged the last 10 years.

Ok, those who should go 4-0.
Seattle
home vs Packers
at SD
home vs Broncos
at Wash
They don't lose at home, and are far better than the Chargers/Redskins.

I think the Chargers will beat Seattle at home. They have a lot of talent with a premier QB.

The Saints will be favored in their first 4 games at Atlanta, at Cleveland, Minny at home, and at Dallas, but the Falcons and Cowboys will be gunning for them.

Seattle has their open week in week 4, I do think there will be a real push to get there undefeated. That way the week will be far more enjoyable.
There is no doubt the Seahawks are the better team, yes yes I know.....the better team doesn't always win and I do believe in "spots". I just don't see this as a "spot" that favors the Chargers. Seattle was 6-2 on the road in 2013, the Chargers were 5-3 at home so who really has the advantage there?

I almost had your Saints the only reason I didn;t was those three road games in four weeks. They were a weak 3-5 on the road in 2013. While obviously the better team the first 4 weks they could lose a road game.
With pro teams where a few turnovers is all it takes to even things out home/road is huge.

But the Chargers lost two of their home games early in the season and that team as a whole improved as the season went along. Seattle is good on the road, but not dominant and the Chargers have the look of a 10-11 win team if their young players improve and Rivers maintains what he did last season.

Why so little respect for the best team in the league? Seattle doesn't need anyone to improve or this or that, they are ready to win right now....obviously.
Where are those 10/11 wins for the Chargers?

It's the Chargers, so they'll beat the Seahawks impressively and then lay an egg against the Bills the following week :bang

San Diego starts the season on the road on MNF against Arizona. If they lose that game, then they will play their guts out at home against Seattle the following week, because no team wants to start the season 0-2. Playoff chances of teams that start 0-2 are historically low percentage.

Hmmmmm?
Chargers?
I got 9-7, maybe 10-6.

What if the Packers were to beat Seattle, ya ever thought of that?
Now how do the Chargers do coming off a short week?
There is no logical reason to see a team as talented as the Seahawks losing to a team that was 9-7.

Of course if Seattle loses to GB, then the SD game becomes just as huge to them. And yes, there is always logic for a playoff team from a year ago playing in their home stadium to have a decent chance of winning against a defending champion, with all of that extra motivation, the crowd on your side, etc. I'm not saying that SD is definitely going to win the game, I'm just saying that yes they CAN win. Anyways, it's way too early to make a prediction on that game. Like we both mentioned, lets see how both teams fare in their openers.
