K, i'll be happy to oblige. but dayum, you not just talkin bout a scoop, your talking bout like, one of those tubs from baskin robbins...the kind where the rockyroad glistens, as my eye tears up a little from anticipation...

so your gonna have to give me some time sister, i want to develop some pics, and tell the story right.

but for just a taste, i'd like to give a big thanks to all the spurstalk peeps that gave me ideas of what the hell to do over there...

off the top of my head,

i ate gino's east pizza, giodano's pizza, ate at ed debevics, ate at mcdonalds...oh and believe me, you haven't lived til you've had chicago mcdonalds...where's the fuckin homer simpson drool icon?

anyhow, i saw the cubs, 2 hour rain delay last saturday, i bought a seat cushion cuz of my sensitive ass and a 2 dollar trashbag with a hole for my head so i could keep dry. the rain delay sucked at first, but i had already scarffed a wrigley hotdog and sausage, all with mustard and grilled onions, and shotgunned a beer so i was set. the bag kept me dry for the most part, it even had a trashbag style ET hood which was great. anyhow, an hour into the delay, there is some commotion on the field as some drunk guy runs out onto the infield cover and uses it as the slip n slide of his life...it was fuckin great. you have about a dozen of the field jockeys chasin him down and he bit the dust in the right outfield. probobaly sprained the shit out of his ankle or something....they escorted him out, the boos ensued as he was our hero, but you know, hopefully the poor drunk bastard didn't have to serve hard time or anything. then the weather cleared, it was a great day and a great game...who won? c'mon, it's the cubs.

more to come later, i'm meeting a couple buddies as someplace called jacks on san pedro for a beer or 6. but thanks for the interest...i'll post more details and pics as they develop. :tu

the adventures continue, you guys really missed a great party at the blanco tavern last night.

i got there at a couple minutes past 10, waiting for the kareoke to start, and got the chance to root for the seahawks to score...oh well, it was not a bad game, props to the boys fans, your team could do something this year if they keep bledsoe upright.


so, anyway, i tore up hypnotize as i am apt to do, and fellas, let me tell you, there is so much candy at this place on monday nights. sure some of it is cotton, but you got creme de la creme shit too.

i just met her yesterday, but one of the new bartenders is sarah. she is a sa-town barbie lookin babe with style. i was getting drunker by the minute and decided to take another look at the song book. she came over to me and we rapped for a bit and she wanted me to sing a little ac/dc. so i obliged. i don't know the words to highway to hell off the top of my head, but that's what the prompter is for. Yes, i tore that shit up....the song. Anyhow, i had told wifey where i was going and she wasn't down, me and her are like oil and water, but i keep telling her our marriage is a miracle of love.

So anyway, long story short, yeah, i know, too fuckin late, but i got home at 230 instead of 1030. what can i say? i'm still on chicago time. :) :smokin :drunk

dude, Friday night was one of my best in Chi-town.

me and..... fuck...what is his name. bob? rob? damn dude, i really should have stopped smoking marijuana a looong time ago. those memory cells are just dead.

anyhow, me and the new guy in the class not named greg hopped a cab back to the improv olympics and caught baby wants candy which i gotta say, was one of the best fuckin shows i saw. very well done. i stayed for all the shows and we took breaks across the street at my bar Sluggers where the beer is blonde and the ladies are fine. The buffalo tenders were to die for as well, but i digress...

I stayed for the midnight weed game show they had and it was aight. nothing spectacular, as the guys were doing the job right, but looked like they'd rather be somewhere actually getting fuckin stoned instead of having a gimic game show about it. I dropped my name in, but was eliminated pretty quickly as I found out i really don't know shit about BobDylan. Why Bob anyway? They should have trivia about effin Tommy Chong. If your gonna do something, do it right. Oh well, after that i was a few sheets to the wind and since it was my last night? I tried to go back to a bar i hit the last Friday...it was called borderline. I had a good time and wanted a repeat performance, but it was not to be as the cabbie didn't know his ass from his head. And i really just thank the Good Lord that he wasn't one of my brother cabbies that had the spirit of the FUNK in him, if you know what i mean. I tell you, running late to class somedays had me hoppin a cab and wishing i had decided to walk. And Why Hot Chocolate? Why does back seat cab funk from the driver smell like hot chocolate? Sorry to ruin it for any of you if your fans of the drink, but i know i sure as hell won't be having it anymore. ANYHOW...yeah, i know it's long, but damn, bare with me peeps, i'm gettin to the good part...

so, I do a quickchange and tell him to take me to the UndergroundWonderBar. BadFuckin Ass. Damnit, i hope barry's kid isn't reading this...i'm sorry for my abuse of the language, but i'm just vomiting through the keyboard so to speak...So the bar rocked. Very Small place, not wide, but deep, like 50 ft. Beer was like 5 bux a bottle, but hell, last night, so wtf right?

Met alot of great people and jammed til closin at 4. Now i was pretty tipsy by this point mind you and i hopped a cab back to casa de allegro, my temp home.

Unfortunatly, The Gawds of the Golden Arches of the 50's McDonald's caught my eye and I knew what I had to do. I hadn't stopped by THIS grand mekka of all McDonald's so i had to do it. It was raining, but I said, Driver...were going drivethru. He wasn't hungry, i asked, but I had a drunken orgy in the backseat with a doublecheese and 10 nuggets...i don't remember the chocolate shake, but i had to have had one as it was all over my body when i awoke the next morn.

Plane ride was good. Glad to be home. I miss Chicago, but i'm tearin it up in SaTown, believe that. You guys ever down, drop a dime and give me a holla. well, i'm just gonna go day by day and let a higher power worry about what the future holds...

i'm gonna open a bank account out here tomorrow, no compass banks in sight, and i'm gonna apply for a car loan...something cheap, but reliable...i don't mind the transit, but when wifey comes next week, walking the neighborhoods at night will be unacceptable.

alright, this is the current scoop.

I have to take a break from the forum...:cry

wifey made me promise to not post...we have a bet actually.

if I do not post, under any of my screen names, for 40 days,

I get to have a guys night out with my boys in San Antonio when we go back for Christmas. :tu

i will miss posting greatly...but i will probobaly still read from time to time.

anyhow, the main reason for the 'break' so to speak is so that i can focus on my studies and my job search. yup, still unemployed. but i got prospects.

I had a reading at an agency today and i gotta call him back tomorrow, 1030am SHARP. He needs to know he can depend on me. The guys books talent and extras for all kinds of cool shows. Sopranos, Videos, Movies, many commercials. No startup fees or anything. BUT, they will take 10% for any gig they get me. Sounds more than fair to me. I don't got anything yet. No guarantees. We'll see what the man says tomorrow when i call. Maybe he'll tell me i suck and to go back to san antonio...I don't care...I like adversity.

Anyhow, wifey read too. Maybe she'll get a job at least and I can live off her...:lol

Seriously though...afterward, we walked down the block, this is on Hollywood Blvd, we went into the Hooters. Got some tenders, rings and such. And what luck! The Spurs on on a flatscreen right in front of me. chaaaching. I watched the 1st qtr, but we had to go. We got to be in the audience for the Jimmy Kimmel Show. Awesome time. Sets are much smaller than we think. But it was very fun. I saw a flash of myself on tv in the audience a couple hours ago when i was watching it. I think the camera adds a shitload more than 10 pounds. Maybe it's proportional, cuz even though it was like, .4 seconds...(j/k, but i had to)...i could have sworn i looked like my old half gallon rocky road eatin ass...oh well. Fun time...and better yet...FREE. Most all of the shows are FREE here. I want to goto some CBS shows and the tonight show, and a few others. Maybe i can get on the price is right and win some shit. Daddy needs an xbox360. :lol

okay, so anyhow, the main reason for this post.

Mouse has been on my ass, and i just haven't found the time, so i'm finally gonna post all the pics i have from chicago, vegas, whatever. enjoy.
