Not sure if serious, but a vast majority of students haven't been "farmers" for a long time. It's just tradition.

I am genuinely impressed by the decision to go with the hyper modern vibe which was very well done; however it stands in stark contrast to A&M's conservative no-frillz farmer culture.
That said, Mack Brown basically built these facilities by not recruiting Johnny Manzeil. Now if Johnny had played for UT under Brown, he would have likely been a bust because Mack is great at destroying talent, but it would have at least kept the Aggie donors uninspiried.

Yeah, I guess it is kinda strange to exit the all flash locker rooms and go out into the old school, traditional feel of Kyle Field.
Recruits will love them though.

The glitz does not fit the preferred culture.
And I fully realize the school is not full of farmers.

Maybe so, but he definitely helped... let's not pretend he wasn't a huge factor.

LOL my office is pretty damn old. But I've also got a 10th floor view where I can see Kyle Field. Most of our building is old.
That being said, there are a lot of really nice rooms and building all over campus.

Nah that sign is for Houston and the L sign is for Louisiana. A&M is huge in trying to recruit Louisiana right now.

Our school has a direct relation with quality football and donations as a whole. It helps. We have plenty of new buildings and ones currently under construction on campus...
