Going forward, for just the next 2 seasons, your goal is to make the playoffs(so ignoring title aspirations, revenue generated, rebuilding, etc), rank these players in order of most desired to least desired to have as one of your 2 best players:

- Rajon Rondo
- Derrick Rose
- Paul George(so 1 season out of the 2, probably)
- Kobe Bryant
- Dwyane Wade

Kirby at the bottom

- Rose has been out for two years, huge risk IMO.

- Kirby is old as fuck and is more of a negative than a positive at this point of his career.

- Wade is almost always never healthy but limiting him to 60 games he does look like the best option.

- Paul Geroge won't play for a year and lot's of uncertaitiny with his injury.

- When's the last time Rondo was relevant? At the very least though, he no injury concerns...

Rondo
Wade
Paul George-Rose-Kirby

Kobe is at the bottom because he won't accept his limitations and will likely be a net negative.

I'd go:
Wade
Rose
George (assuming he comes back healthy, but also acknowledging that I only have him for 1 year)
Rondo
Bryant
