Ballmer has always been a passionate guy. He has had these type of rallies a lot in the past when he was at Microsoft. His passion however didn't do much for Microsoft the last 10 or 12 years. His energy kind reminds me of Cuban before the Mavs won a title and I think just like Cuban he will do a lot of meddling with trades and crazy signings to win. It will be interesting win or lose to see how this experience with Ballmer pans out.
