Correction..

He's not a very good leading actor (Except for Walking Tall and The Rundown) but he's decent as a supporting cast where he doesn't have to carry all the heavy load.

I think he's great for the family movies too. Journey to Center of the Earth, Race to Witch Mountain, Tooth Fairy...pretty funny in those

I read that they gave him the choice to take the Shazam or the Black Adam role. Black Adam was his favorite character growing up iirc.

The rock's actually playing his nemesis. He used o be called captain marvel but dc changed his name for obvious reasons.
