damn. i hear it's owned by Rick's, which I've enjoyed going there before, almost paid extra to finger a bitch but ended up shekelsteining her. I was thinking Rick's would carry over some of the hotties, but I don't doubt their service is terrible. maybe in time it will get better but perhaps not.

I don't see from the pics Ive seen.
Also claims the food is much better and bigger menu.

Based on what i have seen in person at Hoots and Tilted Kilt, the chicks are about the same. We don't have a Twin Peaks but from the photos so far, -advantage Hoots and Kilt. Also wtf is he talking about the Twin Peaks uniforms are more revealing the Hoots? Bullcrap.
