I've got some more money I want to throw at the market. Looking for double and triple+ baggers in a 4-5 year time frame. I'm already in a couple that I feel good about, just looking for a little diversification.

QORVO will probably be a good once the merger is finalized.

I'm still holding 600k shares of this one despite all the delays...

You can watch the video of the Hendry county plant ribbon cutting although that may be delayed. The plant in Taylor county Florida may be the first one...

The real hold up on this company is still getting AMEC to complete the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) report since the tax free bonds both in Florida and Louisiana can't be issued without it. I think it's getting late in the year to expect it to happen soon but hopefully early next year. When/IF they get the EPC completed it will be off to the races. I think this company is going to make it but only time will tell.
Other than that I don't know of anything I would put my money on for the long term right now. The market is way to high for long term investments imo.

penny stocks are so risky man
Yep
Although in BION's case I think it is more a question of WHEN instead of IF. Both Florida counties are pushing hard to help them get the plants built. Still it's a pinksheet so who knows. In terms of risk/reward I think it's a good gamble, risk a relatively small amount of money and have the chance to make millions.

What makes most penny stocks so risky is that many of them are straight up scams or pump&dumps. BioNitrogen may not make it but they're not a scam. They wouldn't be able to get Florida & Louisiana to approve tax free bonds, or Deutsche Bank to agree to buy them, or companies like AMEC & Casale to be involved if they were a scam.

With natural gas dirt cheap, is their process competitive?
My last major buy was INVN @ $20. No telling where it will be next week with the Apple teardown imminent on the i6. Could be 30, could be 18.
Also looking hard at LNGLF...putting all this stuff in retirement accounts so I don't sweat the short term ups/downs as long as I think the technology and the business plan is good.

No, I'm looking for early in opportunities on high potential long term multi-baggers.

Sweet. Y'all still have time to climb on INVN. Teardown says the 3axis gyro is in the i6 and the 6axis is in the 6+ which means it will be in the watch too. Fucking A. With over 25 million INVN shares short the trasders are about to get squeezed like a big fat tick.

They say it is at current ng prices. The way their process works is they gasify biomaterial and produce syngas and use that to produce urea the traditional way. So their plants are supposed to be able to switch over to natural gas with a flip of a switch if they needed to.

I think I'll start following that one. It's fairly volatile which I like since I normally just swing trade. It's worked well for me although I sometimes regret it. I bought 8000 shares of GMCR @ $17 and sold a few weeks later at $25. I was happy at the time but now :bang:bang:bang:bang:bang

The stock market still befuddles me sometimes. INVN is actually down so far today after the tear down announcement. Apple says they cant't make the i6's fast enough for demand, INVN already built up the inventory last quarter to meet i6 demand so thats money in the bank not counting all the other mobile devices INVn is in...it just defies logic...

FYI - QORVO's biggest customer is Apple.

lol the stock market befuddles me every day. I just try to remember I'm not buying a piece of a company, I'm buying a piece of how people feel about a company. Then it makes sense when it doesn't make sense.

Hmmm...this might be the money to get the EPC from AMEC...
Contracts signed: BioNitrogen moves forward
Friday, September 19, 2014
The City of Perry and the West Palm Beach-based BioNitrogen have signed the agreement under which the city will provide collateral guaranty on a $5 million line of credit taken out by the company for work on its proposed $300 million plant here.
City Manager Bob Brown said Thursday that all of the documents between the city and BioNitrogen have been signed.

Given that the majority of their revenue is in China, where accounting standards are... subjective, to put it charitably, yes.
On the other hand, the business model works really really well there for a variety of reasons.
On yet another hand, they are sinking a lot of that cash into some odd tech trees.
Ish.
Worth having a little of, but I would not be lining up to invest large sums, although it seems a lot of pension funds are doing just that.
I think the current low return environment has underpriced a lot of risks, and made people chase returns with less regard to risk than is prudent.

Funny thing abotu Alibaba, was something I heard on NPR, that the value of Yahoo's stock holdings in Alibaba was worth more than their own market cap.
Not sure I heard that correctly, but it wouldn't surprise me.
