Well that was the main reason why I assume SanFran was a declining team a couple of years ago. I really don't think Jim has what it takes to win a title. His brother is much more even-keeled. I think Jim's attitude worked well because the 9ers were a talented team that needed some fire. But I honestly thought he was really childish, and if he didn't get a ring, people were going to quit on him. I have no idea if that's begun to happen yet, but I imagine it will if the team doesn't turn it around soon.

Harlem already said it, but Denver's front 7 looks as good as ever. They have the same problem New England had relying on Aquib Talib to carry a mediocre secondary. With all of the moves they made this offseason I'm surprised upgrading safety wasn't one of them.
