I don't see why Harden and Howard are in the elite category. I don't see them as being noticeable better than Dirk/Ellis or especially LMA/Lillard. I'd also take George/West off the list entirely.

Arguable, honestly. That's especially true for Howard offensively. There's no way the Rockets could have lost that series if those two were that good, considering they had two other players who were top-10 for their positions in Parsons and Asik. As a Spurs fan, I'm more worried about Terrance Jones.
