on the surface yes but i have to wonder how good or bad either team really is. iowa state has beaten iowa and gave kansas state a hell of a game; but then they lost to division II powerhouse north dakota state. on the flip side, baylor has had no problem beating high schools. still, i would take the spread on that one.
