Just watched this on Netflix. Uwe Boll started out as a shitty director but I think he is on a rebound with Rampage and Rampage 2. I had no idea there was even a sequel to Rampage. Pretty good action shootout straight to dvd movie. The guy that stars as the nut shooter co-wrote Rampage. The movie has a few funny parts in which the nut shooter makes fun of Obama and Bush. Love it. If you're looking for an Oscar worthy movie, go fuck yourself. If you want to watch a movie about a guy that shoots and kills a lot of people, watch it.
