In fairness, the Royals are really fucking good this year... tough to beat a team with that combination of pitching, speed, defense, and timely hitting....

ANAHEIM, Calif. (KABC) --
The Angels fan who was critically injured after being severely beaten in the parking lot of Angel Stadium Friday has been identified as a veteran Los Angeles police officer.

His name has not been released, but Eyewitness News has learned the 43-year-old victim is a member of the Los Angeles Police Department and a U.S. Marine veteran.

The father of three was assaulted as he walked with his cousin to their car after the Angels' playoff game against the Kansas City Royals around 10:30 p.m. Friday night.

The officer, a diehard Angels fan, was attacked for no apparent reason, Lt. Bob Dunn said.

He was rushed to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, where he remains in critical condition.

Unlike the violent beating of San Francisco Giants fan Bryan Stow at Dodger Stadium, police say this attack had nothing to do with team rivalry. Both the victim and the suspect were dressed in Angels gear

True about Trout and Poo, but they have won many a game for the Angels. MultiSciosca has not done squat to contritube to winning. Game 2 the smallest of smart strategy may well have made it 1-1 series.

CJ Wilson i would not have started at all. Nor Hamilton. Why not stay with the lineup that smoked ass the entire last two months? Answer? MultiSkosha.
