Mehhh is my response. The NBC and CBS teams are so "old now" who says they coudl do a better job? I actually would love to see improvement in regional coverage, especially if I buy LP.

How about all games in HD like the NFL? Even some of the stations that say they broadcast in HD have crappy feeds. If this deal gets me games in 1080p and eventually 4k then, cool. Also an a la carte package (similar to the pick 5 package on NBALPB) or single team options would be the way to go. Ticket offices for teams sell smaller packages all the time.

And let's face it, the Knicks came out more physically beaten from the EC; they were not injured, but their run took a toll; 2 phycical, seven game series against Chicago and Indiana.

In comparison, Portland , Phoenix and Utah were soft tissues

Ewing didnt shoot the ball well... sometimes it goes in, sometimes it doesnt; but he did hit that big 3 in game 4 or 5


And defensively he was fantastic


As for Rob he wasnt a clutch player yet; the Rockets almost traded him the following season because he was hesitant to shoot; then he hit first big shot .....in the 95 WCF vs the Spurs :lol

I really thought that was an awful Finals. That Rockets team coughed up some big leads that playoffs and the Knicks became such an ugly offense after trading Mark Jackson to LA. Now the 95 Rockets were fucking fun as hell to watch with how Drexler really opened things up for Olajuwon to just shit on the entire Western Conference once the playoffs started. Drexler gave them a nice transition game and was such a huge upgrade over Maxwell. And the shit Olajuwon was pulling, Dreamshaking Robinson to hell.

Of course experience wasnt the only factor; as you said, Drexler changed the whole dynamic of their offense; which allowed Rudy T to start 4 three point shooters.

That team was on fire.


Regarding Mad Max, yeah he was inconsistent, but when he was on, he was unreal.
