can't wait tbh, when I watched Independence day 1 for the first time as a child I was literally moved to tears. I've even written a Lunar Goddess poem titled "the independence day" :cry

Goldblum is one of the few bright spots. Randy Quaid and Harvey Fierstein also elevated this shit. Will Smith's schtick and crying sucks as well. I never liked the original, saw it once in a theater and that was enough, felt like a multicultural Pepsi commercial.

Goldblum is garbage. His pensive expressions are retarded, those strained mannerisms and his off beat cadence isn't anything of note. Most often he reveals his attempt to be the character as opposed to just being IMO.

:rollin Actually I find him to be so talentless its funny watching him in these films. He was really good in Jurassic Park, but not much else.
