Is it even worth it (if you had the money)? 20 games plus some equipment doesn't sound like a bargain at $2K, even if you had the money. But I don't do video games, so I don't know.

i dont think it is because theres no way people would totally dig all 21 games

if i had an xbox 360 and Elder Scrolls IV, that would be all i needed for like half a year, if i didnt do anything but play video games

and since im a student, that single game would last me at least a couple years

Too much for games that I wouldnt even play. For my Xbox, I've spent about $2500 total over the 4 years I've had it, forget paying that just at launch.

I have 2 games on my mind right now to definitely get with my 360 in November...
Madden 06
NBA Live 06 (TD better be rated in the 90s this year!!!)

I guess I never got "into" it. I kept getting bored with my character and started over, I think I had about 4 or 5 games saved on my hard drive.

Father will absolutely be purchasing that for me. As soon as he gets back from Rome, I'll will notify him of this "Xbox 360".

Even if all of the games were $50/ea and you liked ALL of them, that'd be only $1000. The box itself is worth $1000?

If I wanted it that bad, I'd buy the unit and 20 games that I actually wanted and still come out ahead. That doesn't make sense. :wtf

games have been rumoured to be $59.99, not that it makes it a great deal.

well just the games alone, if you bought them individually figureing about $55 each after taxes.., would be $1100.

but still.... I'd have to be bedbound or a gaming addicted hermit to plop down 2k for a system.

Games $1200 (not including tax)
Console (premo edition) $400
3 wireless controllers $150
Xbox live 12 month gold card $50
Play & Charge Kit $20
Rechargeable Battery $12
Memory unit $40
Wireless network Adapter $100
Fuego Faceplate $20
1 year replacement plan $???

$1992 is a guesstimate, I don't know how much the replacement plan is running for, plus there's the tax and S&H to consider...it might be worth it to someone who likes each of those games and wants all the accessory crap.

Wow why would someone spend 2K on some dumb videogame set.

Mixability

everyone has different interests.....

if someone can spend $2k on some rims for their car, then there's nothing wrong with spending that on a 360.

don't get me wrong, i'm not getting that bundle, but I plan on at least spending at least $600 on the day it comes out:

360, $400
2 or 3 games, $120 - $180
extra controller, $40
