My theory is part of Paul George's recuperative surgery was major identity-changing plastic surgery so as to avoid future stripper child support and getting catfished on twitter.
Now he's gonna tempt the real Timmy around some corner by waving a limited edition Punisher action figure and then chloroform him and hope he can pass as the real Tim Duncan without anyone noticing.
