The best place to be a serial killer is in a black/minority neighborhood, tbh. You can kill all the crackwhores you want and no one will ever report them missing or even give a shit that they're missing. Even if they are reported, cops probably just assume that they've moved on to another hood or crackstation and never really check up on them.
