I put this here, rather than the NBA forum, because Boris is interviewed during the piece and has some interesting things to say, especially about the difference between being a young player in the Euroleague as opposed to American kids with 1 or 2 years of college.

"In the U.S., [the training is] not all the same, so you can't say it's Europe vs. U.S., because depending on if you go to this college or that college, it's going to be completely different what you learn and the way they teach basketball," Diaw said. "But definitely, in Europe, the fact that you play against older guys with more experience ... You play in college, it's all inexperienced players making their own experience. So I think it's a little bit different learning from guys who are 32 years old, playing in Euroleague."
