I read somewhere that there is a fine for not dressing 8 players.

OKC should have 7 for next game assuming Perry is out for a few games at least.

Jackson limping...

And Reggie Jackson just limped to the sidelines with a knee problem.

Jones is a "knee contusion" not expected to return.

Thunder down to 6, SIX??, healthy players.

OKC is going to fuck around and get one of those 6-8 spots in the playoffs. And Nobody is going to want to play them in the first round when they're healthy tbh.

unless Mavs Grizz and Suns take a big hit i doubt the Thunder make the playoffs.

They should call up some guys from the D-League in the meantime... tho Bennett is probably too cheap to do that...

When Durant AND Westbrook went down, I figured this would be the case. Those two will come back in 4-6 weeks, the Thunder will start rolling again, and come playoff time, they will be the 6th-8th seed nobody wants to face in the first round. However, I figured it would at least cost them HCA, and that was benefit enough for me.

Now with literally the entire roster crumbling...the Thunder could conceivably dig themselves into a hole just too deep to get out of and miss the playoffs entirely. Keep in mind that only 6 games separated the 4th spot from the 9th spot last season, and the Suns missed the playoffs with 48 wins in the stacked West.

Once again, not likely that a team with Durant and Westbrook miss the postseason, but they are gonna have to scratch and claw for it if they hope to get in.

tbh it made sense at the time

They had Clyde and pre-injry Bowie was a good center; and while everybody knew MJ to be a star in the NBA, not a lot people thought he was gonna be GOATing
(Unless Sam already had an unjury history, then yeah it was stupid)
