Alex Rodriguez dished on how Tony Bosh of the clinic Biogenesis who supplied
him with the PED's on how to beat the urine test. You don't give your urine sample in the cup till
mid -stream. You don't give the urine sample at the start or at the end of your stream.
Most of the PED drugs will show up in the start and end of your stream.

Most official drug tests are supervised. They do this is in the military often so people can't cheat the system. So, this method, I'm assuming, was unsupervised meaning that there are a variety of ways to cheat a drug test. I'm sure Arod did every one in the book.
