Not surprised....

3 point line definitely helps. Also, I wonder what the free throw discrepancy is.

Helps but thats not Klobe´s fault, half of Havlicek´s career was when the NBA had only 10 teams including his rings during the 60´s era (6) which is a joke too.
Just noticing facts, I also consider the Lakers threepeat pure bullshit.

Who gives a shit about that?

Karl Malone also surpassed Jordan. Kobe doing it is nothing special.

What is special and will be Kirby's alone is the all-time most shots missed record.

You popping bottles tonight for that occasion?

Tip of the hat to the greatest volume shooting SG in NBA history. Someone's going to have to update the all-time Kobe records graphic. Amazing body of work. I'd love to see a 16 hour compilation of all 13000+ bricks. The good news is, he could break 15000 by the end of next year if he keeps chucking at this rate.

No....he will still be behind Kareem and Malone. No chance he ever reaches the pinnacle of all-time scoring list.

However, Kirby will reach the mountaintop of this dubious list.

You can't score unless you're willing and have the balls to shoot. 5 rings. The amount of missed shots will be a footnote in the legacy of greatness. Doesn't matter what you or anyone on this forum say or do. No matter how many lol threads or tbh posts will result in common sense. No matter how many stats you reference it doesn't mean shit. Classic spursktalk though. The same rhetoric was spewed when Kobe was winning rings.

Stats are pretty common-sensical, so it stands to reason that if Kobe played more unselfishly by "having less balls" the Lakers might have one or two more championships (see: 2004 Finals).

White media votes for MVP. So it's subjective and likely biased. After Colorado, white media hated him. Likely costed him multiple MVPs.

Luckily, white media doesn't vote for rangs or Gold Medals or even Bronze Medals :lol

He was never in the conversation, not even close, until Daddy leaned forward and said "Get off my back, I can't carry you any longer, you rapist piece of shit" and then started the narrative of one of the most over rated players in history. Iverson could have rang with the teams Kobe had, McGrady and Carter would have too.

There is little difference between Iverson, Rapey, TMac and Carter- the one being that Kobe always needed a Top 2-3 Big to carry him to titles while the others were never gifted championship luggage carriers.

No objective person would ever even think about comparing Kobe to Jordan. Jordan averaged more points more efficiently, and averaged more rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks than Kobe. He also averaged fewer turnovers. His Offensive rating is higher, his defensive rating is lower, his Win Shares are higher, and his BPM is more than double Kobe's. Jordan's final year at age 39 is significantly better than Kobe's final three at ages 35, 36 , & 37. It's not even close. And that's with Jordan missing out on the statistical advantage of two seasons in his prime.
