Long time no talk. (If you don't know who I am, I own SpursTalk).

I am working on a project and I need to hire a freelance political writer. I need someone who leans Right or Libertarian. I need someone who has been published before, can write weekly columns, and has a strong social media presence. And yes, it pays.

If you aren't this person yourself, maybe you could recommend good bloggers or political writers that you like to read.

Go over to the Blazers fan site and recruit one of them. We have way more conservatives than Spurs Talk. Kind of odd since Texas is conservative and Oregon is liberal. :lol

Erudite, definitely opinionated and relatively well-informed.

He is, to my understanding, though, a very busy guy.

Cosmic Cowboy also would fit the bill as a more libertarian.

Not sure either of them is looking for a job though. :D

Sorry I cannot help you Kori. I don't really read opinion pieces so don't have any to recommend. I vote libertarian but that has more to do with supporting a third party than it does having those leanings.

Kori, you didn't say at what level you want the person to cover. Local/state/nation/world or all. Lot of politics in this old world. If you got the bucks, my recommendation would be Dr. Thomas Sowell or Dr. Walter Williams. Both good level headed folks and well spoken. And they are syndicated.
