Bulls and Warriors could win this year tbh. I wouldn't put money on either of 'em, but they're contenders.

The better question is how long are their windows open... OKC's is closing fast, and this season might be a lost one

Bulls- are capable now as long as rose stays healthy and continue playing in the shitty east.

Thunder-as long as they are in chokelahomo shitty, never, unless they go back to seattle and change their name to the sonics.

Warriors-2-3 years

Lakers-As long as the higher ups continue to be monkeys, not in a long time.
