Does anyone know how Big apartments handle their maintenance? I'm thinking of talking to every damn big Property management for their building maintenance and then hiring new immigrants to do the cleaning.

But I'm guessing caretakers and resident managers already do the cleaning?

Have to say it again, if you do for a living what could be done by high school drop-outs you shouldn't feel too surprised when you're shown the door tbh. You're horribly wrong if you think those shitty jobs are easier to do and to keep. Just apply for all the baddest ass jobs available in the market and at the end of day you'll luckily get one offer or two, and never apply for a job that you don't like to do.

You should focus in on you barely meet the needs in terms of production. Why?
Do you make good use of your time? Just how hard do you try? To succeed in the
job world you can't be satisfied to just slide by. if you want to be your own boss you
have to have a busness plan. Sumit bids to apartment leasing companies
to do their work. You probably have to be able to be bonded And you hire and fire your team.
You are the boss 24 hours a day....most of your workers will probably have green
cards if Obama has his way so hireing day labor might be harder. Paper work.....

it's funny how how she thought I was taking advantage of them..Truth be told, most immigrants would love to get any job as start..and then go from there, but I guess its better for them collecting cheques, and not doing shit...:rolleyes

another rule: if a job is easy to get then you better not take it because it's very likely to be a bait. I interviewed for a teaching job earlier today (together with LG) and it was like the school was going to give offers to all interviewees. Lunar Goddess never took that shit seriously you could tell but she still went there anyway (for me? hopefully), and after the interview I was like "fuck it". As such a badass as I am there're like a million better offers waiting for me out there and I still have plenty of time to look for jobs. LG and I came back to downtown at noon even before the interview was over, this was another great choice I've made in my life tbh...

I didn't know the school was giving offers to all interviewees when I left at noon so I even felt some regret deep in my heart. It was a friend of LG's from undergraduate years (who also attended the interview and who stayed the whole process) that notified LG this afternoon that the school gave offers to all interviewees, then LG texted me this info immediately (many thanks to her :cry). I hesitated for a moment... should I ask her for her friend's phone number, calling her and asking her if the interview was over yet, so I would rush the hell back if not? Or should I just say "fuck it, if you don't sign there, nor will I!"? (knowing that the school is located in a remote rural area and there aren't no other companies or shits nearby, which means it'd be a hell of drive between her workplace and mine if I signed there). And yes, just as I said, I made another great decision (last one being that I quit that deadend job on Independence day in 2012). I texted her back, "I ain't going back there no matter what, since you ain't going there." I really felt like being a man at the moment, tbh.
