Most of them are scrubs that weren't wanted by other teams..they get to play in Los Angeles and enjoy the weather/fame for 1 or 2 years while the Lakers are in transition mode and waiting for Kobe to retire..sure, it's probably frustrating to not get the ball, but Lin is probably the only player that really cares, and he shouldn't be starting for an NBA team..it's a good gig IMO..
