We had a really good time. Seats were pretty good, but very close to the tunnel, which invited a crowd. Last season's seats were better, tbh... talked very briefly with Gino, got a picture with him, and he signed my ARG #5 jersey. Also had Bonner and Marco sign my championship hat.

Too much crowd around so it was brief, tbh, which is probably what sucked the most about those seats (which otherwise were nice)... Told him we were in ARG last month, saw his statue, he asked half-joking if somebody stole the ball yet :lol but not much more than that, since he took off after signing the jersey and taking the photo. I wanted to ask him about next year, but didn't get a chance...

I also had a pretty funny convo with one of the 76ers ushers at the end of the game... dude seemed like a true sixers fan, and these losses are killing them :lol

Never has. We're shocked he still recognizes us every year and takes his time with us.

Yeah, he was aware somebody stole the tennis racket from another statue there (Sabatini). His comment was obviously related to that.

BTW, one of those photos is the Phantom camera, which was being operated by a guy with an NBA TV vest. He was filming the team coming out of the tunnel into the court. I suppose that's the camera they use to make those Phantom videos?

The only Spurs game I've ever been to was in Memphis...and Ginobili signed every single autograph. I remember him saying, "Cmon guys I'm going to be late." But, he still stood there and signed every single one.

Now...the autograph itself is just 2 lines that look like a handicapped person wrote it...but I know who it is. That's all that matters. Also, got Bonner and Sean ******'s autograph. Ooooh yeah....Memphis whipped our ass by like 20. That part sucked....

Thanks for sharing! Manu is once signed autographs at a fund raiser in the old converted train staion in San Antonio for a few hundre people . Wouldn't leave until he had signed something for everyone. A really cool person. It's nice how he always remembers you and your wife.

i talked to him for about 3-4 minutes at costco a few years back. we were just standing around discussing TVs. i didnt ask him for his autograph or picture because he was just happy that i was talking to him like a regular shopper and not superstar manu. he is real genuine guy.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think timvp, Kori or one of the mods got pissed when too many people spelled Elliott wrong and so they had the ******thing done whenever somebody misspelled Sean.

He's very nice and genuine. I ran into Manu, Tim, Tiago and Baynes at a restaurant randomly in LA before the Lakers game earlier this year. Shook their hands and got there autographs! Tweeted thanks and Manu complimented me during his reply back. That's Manu for you!
