This loss made the forum interesting tonight.
:lol Nothing to worry about here. Everyone including Green and Manu to an extent were just mailing it in. The only thing that worries me is the Splitter situation.
Enough with the ":cry It Still Hurts :cry", Tiago.
Yeah, same here. If Splitter is still an issue by January, who can we reach out to via trade? This is where Pau shunning us in the offseason hurts.

I don't think the Spurs can realistically acquire a player of Tiago's caliber or one that teams wouldn't mind throwing to us. We just have to hope Tiago gets healthy. The next best thing is hoping Baynes can match his production (which is unlikely).

What about Ilyasova from the Bucks? I know they're 10-10 and that's solid in the Leastern Conference but if they can't maintain that pace, maybe he can be had? PATFO looked into him before.

He's not a Splitter type of player though. He would make more sense if the Spurs were missing Diaw or Leonard and Ilyasova hasn't been a good player lately. The Spurs need Tiago back. PERIOD. Duncan is too old to be guarding the opposing big by himself.

Parker is a great player offensively, no one in the league can stop him off the dribble, but i swear he's one of the worst defensive point guards all time when it comes to players of his caliber. I'm not talking about any point guard, but hall of fame, tittle winning top pgs. Steve Nash is slightly worse than parker, but I just can't believe he hasn't learn to go over the screen his 14 years on the league. Just doesn't make any sense. Popovich has to make excuses to keep him out of games late due to his defensive ability(like tonight and he 2nd half of the WCF game 6 last year) because he is that bad. If he was half as good on defense, and actually put in the effort, as he is offensively, he would be a very dangerous player.

Yeah, he's not like Splitter but we'd still need a big that's 6'10 down there with TD later down the road if Splitter's still out. Also, Ilyasova is better than Baynes...and MILES better than the Turd Tower Duo of Bonner and Ayres.

I'm pretty sure that I saw at the bottom on the screen during the game (the bit with the scrolling news) that he's out indefinitely with a broken nose. It seems like this guy breaks his nose quite often.

Many players have played with a broken nose, such as our own Manu. Never mind, we don't need another pussy for a big.

It's just the Nets. :lol. Well, I got sleep. Its just the Nets, just a regular season game ... but I am who I am and wanted to watch a good game when I stay up at night to watch a game.

That was one of the ugliest games I've ever seen. Of course, if Manu's 3 goes in, we're all like, "a win is a win" and all that shit.
Fuck it...we played AWFUL basketball last night and deserved to lose the game. No matter, we're still on track for a 60-win season.
Hurry back, Splitter, you faggot. :lol
