The only player with over 30k points... 6k assists... and over 1850 steals. My nigga is basically setting a record every time he steps on the court. Not Magic, not Bird, not Kareem, not Jordan... but Kobe Bean Bryant.:toast

He also moved up to 4th on the all-time turnover list after tonight. Only shooting guard in the top 5.

Duncan will be number one all-time in doubles-doubles after this season.

A much more impressive feat than chucking your way to 3rd on the all-time scoring list while also being number 1 on the all time missed shots list.

I wouldn't mention Jim and Bird in the same sentence as Magic. Magic dominated Bird in college and the pros, and Bird and Jim don't defend titles.

Oh, and number one in playoff (the real season) doubles-doubles.

This is such an insignificant record that a PG held it over two dominant bigs and a pussy forward.

Are you crazy? Magic owned Bird.

For some reason, Magic sucked up to White America during the rivalry. People mistook him for being magnanimous, but he knew what he was doing. Despite getting the better of Bird on more occasions than not, he always gave Bird too much credit. I guess Stern wanted the Magic-Bird rivalry to thrive and it sure did.

I'm just waiting to see which lone chucker ends up with the best record:

Kobe or Melo...

But Melo has Phil/Derek and the triangle. What an advantage!

what I'm most curious about is if Kobe will ever make the playoffs again before retiring, tbh.

YEP, but he wont reply to this fact. He sets good records and horrible records at once! Kobe is the ultimate gift and curse tbh.

None of your soft ass Spur teams would have won even one title in the '80s. Magic won 5 of them - beating some Boston teams that would mop the floor with all of your Spur teams - twice. Magic's 5 >>>> Tammy's 5PERI:lolD. ;)
