So just heard the news of another rape victim in our country, usually the doings of taxi/cab drivers preying on helpless women. I just don't get how someone would come to a conclusion of raping someone tbh? Worse is that even the minors aren't safe. This is getting out of hand, makes me wanna :cry

It's despicable. Don't know what the primary cause is of any increase. Possibly the oversexualization of women via the internet, television, and movies. For a kid growing up without any good parenting, they would think that women were put on this earth just to have sex. And just about any new hip hop / pop song is about fucking.

The most used "excuse" of the offenders are because of drugs. But that's gotta be one hell of a drug for you to do something that inhuman. And also, most of the offenders are married guys I don't get why they dont just go home and make love to their wives or if they're bored pay a hooker to pass the urge of nature. Makes me sick.

You cant say that as conclusive as you make it sound to be. For example a cab driver in the night gets a woman who's ugly or fat or whatever, so he wont give a shit. But if that woman was sexy, beautiful etc of course his tendencies of raping (if he was a rapist on the first place) would go up.

Also, in the produce department, I'll usually grab four or five apples and juggle them while flexing my arms. Always seems to bring some ooohs and aaahs. That's not exactly what I was saying. My point was that media sexualizes women and young girls. Not necessarily the females themselves. Although, there is a ton of that as well. And that's certainly a by-product. I guess like much of the problems today, it falls back on the parents. If you're going to let the internet and video games baby-sit your little boy, the chances of that kid being violent or a sexual predator would have to be greatly increased. Or if it's a girl, she has a much larger chance of being easy and believing that acting like a whore is normal.

But in any event, not matter how much of a whore a chick might be or might appear to be, that's no excuse for someone to rape her. At the end of the day, being a human means understanding that you're not a fucking animal. And if they don't understand that, then maybe they are just an animal.
