Surprised a Spurs fan would try to use ratings to trash talk. I really have to roll my eyes.

Not trash talk. Just facts considering there is/was so much talk about conference realignment and payouts in this forum.

Funny to see how all the big 12 guys are the ones who get so offended/defensive :lol Just showing the facts.

Yep, those are the facts. No doubt that historically, Texas has been the better program. Easy to admit.

It's worth noting that the when Alabama and LSU played for the national title in 2012, it was the lowest rated national title game ever.

Ole Miss: 110,633
LaMon: 100,922
Mizzou: 104,756
L$U: 105,829

Average: 105,122
Total: 630,735

2013 gave us 8 Dates - 697,003 and an average of 87,125.

An average increase of 17,997, or 20.66%

2014 attendance leaders were:
111,592 - Michigan
104,933 - tOSU
101,505 - Bama

Michigan had:
113,085 for Penn State
101,717 for Maryland
103,111 for Indiana
106,811 for Ap State
102,824 for Miami (OH)
103,890 for Utah
102,926 for Minnesoda

We very well could have the highest attendance.

Would say that's pretty good for a 7-5 season.

I'm not taking one side or the other in the attendance argument given how bad Texas' year was, but I'm guessing most of those tickets were sold on the pre-season excitement of the expanded stadium, high profile recruits, etc. I didn't watch much Aggy football this season, but towards the end the stadium did not look full so there were probably a good number of "no-shows".

You are the one bringing up attendance like Texas sells out all their games or something. Not sure where you are going with this. Just look like an idiot who can't stop thinking/talking about A&M tbh. It's pretty sad.

It's already clear you don't know what you are talking about. :lol Why didn't A&M take the $3M from the Texas Bowl  ???

I find it more funny that an average of 1.77M more viewers watch A&M games every Saturday compared to Texas games. I can see why you wouldn't find that funny though and would rather talk about A&M's stadium which is pretty humorous in itself considering the crowds at DKR :lol

Doubt that. More Buckeye alums/haters than Alabama. Not as many TV sets in Alabama either.

Doubt it... Bama/LSU was like one of the worst rated title games ever.

I think Texas/USC was close to, if not the highest rated college football game of the last 25 years.
