Heard of the 80/20 rule?

In this case, 20% of the population (well, 16%) holds 80% of the knowledge, and the other 80% (84%) are Kobe fans.

CNSNews.com) - A*new Harris Pollfinds that a strong majority (74 percent) of U.S. adults say they believe in God, but that's down from the 82 percent who expressed such a belief in earlier years.Belief in miracles, heaven and other religious teachings also declined in the latest poll, as follows:*--72 percent believe in miracles, down from 79 percent in 2005;--68 percent believe in heaven, down from 75 percent;--68 percent believe that Jesus is God or the Son of God, down from 72 percent;--65 percent believes in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, down from 70 percent;

its evident in the poll question

The initial question was "Where does Kobe rank all-time" and 84% of the people agreed that he is top 10, with the remaining 16% mostly residing in SpursTalk. Tim Duncan is also in the Top 10 so what are we debating again?

Is Kobme top 10??? IDK...he's very close. I can understand both arguements for and against...

What needs to be further analyzed is the 37% of people who said he was top 5. And to go even deeper the 12% of people who said he was top 3. Now the 2% of people who said he is the GOAT is just laughable and their votes should be removed from the overall total.

:lmao Kobe "The GOAT" Bryant. You can't make this shit up.....

Count me in the list of people who find Kobe in the GOAT conversation off-putting. He isn't Top 3 material, but the thing is, a lot of all-time greats also aren't. However, 19 years in the Association, 5 rings, 2 FMVPs, an MVP award, scoring and defensive accolades, and beating a rape charge are compelling reasons why Kobe should be Top 10.

I liken Kobe's relationship with his wife to his basketball career with the Lakers. There have been rocky moments (Colorado, trade demand, the then-potential divorce), but he was able to keep it together and make it work with the one. Can't say that for other people tbh.

I have Mike, Kareem and Magic still. 2 of 3 Lakers in the podium and 4 in the Top 10 ain't bad imo

Agreed. I'm all about me some Tim Duncan....but I'm not gonna go overboard and say the guy is the GOAT. That's just laughable. And yeah...the Lakers organization has produced some of the all-time greats. That's not even debatable.

Yeah...the 2% of people who said he is #1. He's not even the best Lakers player of all time. And some (especially on this site and including myself) would say he isn't even a top 3 Lakers' player of all time. And that's not a knock against Kirby...that's more like a praise of the Lakers organization.

Now if you'll excuse me...I'm gonna go take a hot shower. All this Lakers praise has got me feeling dirty tbh....
