Diaz loves to come forward trying to wear you out with his boxing. His cardio is incredible but his technique can be sloppy and if Silva still has that pin point timing he should be able to KO Diaz maybe even in the first round.. The X factor here is Silva's chin. Didn't look to be the same against Weidman in either fight.

Christ I remember back in 2006 people used to talk about GSP being a huge WW and he was cutting like 15 pounds.. Now the norm feels like 25-30 or more..

Kelvin Gastelum vs. Tyron Woodley - I wanted to pick Gastelum, as I think that he is really talented and getting better with each fight, but if he's sick it's hard to pick him against a dangerous fighter like Woodley

Al Iaquinta vs. Joe Lauzon - Picking the rising talent here. Lauzon isn't what he used to be and Iaquinta seems to be getting better with every fight.

Just watched the fights.

I liked the McMann/Tate fight, clearly McMann was the stronger, better boxer and supposedly better wrestler of the two and it showed in the 1st round. It was awesome to see Miesha's comeback as she clearly wanted it more.

I'm worried about her career tho, it looks like she's hitting a ceiling because she's now constantly getting outmatched in strength by her opponents (Rousey, Zingano, McMann...). I don't see her climb to the top again right now.

Didn't really like the Gastelum/Woodley fight, it was supposed to be awesome but Gastelum clearly wasn't himself and Woodley did just enough to win the decision. Very poor fight in my opinion. I hope Gastelum pulls himself together, he's wasting his huge potential.

Lauzon, man, I like the guy he's got heart and is technical and all but he's really missing punching power. That was his demise tonight.

Not gonna talk much about the main event. One thing's for sure Silva isn't beating Weidman anytime soon. And seeing he's 39... Not to mention the drug thing now

Overall, a not so impressive card but with all the awesome january cards I guess we've been spoiled recently. The Rousey/Zingano fight is the only thing I'm excited for in February. Mir looks more and more like Mickey Rourke with each fight.
