No one can compare to Kobe's wide-ranging negative impact. He's playing badly, but that's just the beginning of the big picture. He's the main reason Dwight and Pau left. He's the reason Bosh and Melo didn't sign on. In the past, being a free agent and getting a max offer from the Lakers was considered a monumental compliment and opportunity. Now, significant players avoid the Lakers and dream of playing for the Clippers or the Warriors. He seems to have alienated Nash, Boozer, and Lin. When he passed Jordan in points scored, most of his own teammates sheepishly congratulated him, with very little enthusiasm, like kids ordered by their parents to wish their creepy uncle a happy birthday. The only guy who seems to somewhat like him is "Shaggy P," a rash, immature, low IQ player who's taking more and more bad shots in imitation of his role model. He'll eat up even more salary room next year, while rationalizing that the Lakers "still have enough for a max contract" (never mind that having Pau AND Dwight wasn't enough). There's no way to paint Kobe's final contract and final years with the Lakers as anything but a complete failure and disappointment.

How many of them have missed 20 shots in a single game this year?

So he played a lot of garbage time. He's the 2nd to last guy off our bench. If he's in, he better not be afraid to shoot.

947,907 USD (2014)
Austin Daye, Salary

23,500,000 USD (2014)
Kobe Bryant, Salary

Austin Daye and Jeff Ayres are two of the worst players I have ever seen tbh. I'd rather have Melvin Sanders and Mike Wilks out there
