This one ranks pretty high. But getting Fatoine Walker was the worst IMO.

Kidd trade looked really bad at first too. You can't ejaculate prematurely.

Yes it did. Took many years for the Kidd trade to work out. We don't have that much time with Rondo due to a rapidly declining Dirk.

I think that Parsons is the worst one suffering from the trade.

The Rondo acquisition will pay dividends. Any new talent that's actually worth a fuck will take time to show results, because he's such a crucial part of the team. You'll see.

Give it a little while to work out atleast, damn. I think it will be a good trade by years end, if not so be it.

Rondo will work out just will take some time for Monta to adjust. Hardest part is the defense being able to over play Monta and dirk now in the pick and roll and sag off of rondo.

Rondo will be fine. These things take time. In 4 months you'll be praising Cuban for a good move it was to trade for him.

Isn't Rondo a type of cancer?

Isn't Rondo a type of cancer?

Now you tell me. Without that cancer I'd have 17 and they'd have 16.

Are you retarded? Without that cancer you'd be at 15 and they'd be at 18 because they'd take the 2010 ring as well. Playing 4 on 5 on offense was the reason Allen and Pierce got shut down

dirk still has 3-4 good years left in him, don't worry, don't think he can become crappier physically than he already is.

My observation is that Rondo might be a difficult personality but he's obviously gifted if somewhat diminished from what he was a few seasons ago but can the Mavs locker room absorb him? In other words, can they neutralize his ego/difficulty and simply incorporate his skills and talent for the better of the team or is everyone in there too beta to stop it? I think Dirk has shown that he can put any ego on that team in its place, at least so far but the outcome remains to be seen.

Celtics win 2 rings if Rondo is as good as advertised

Remember the rumor that Obama made a joke bout Rondo's jump shot during the meeting with President and everyone laughed while Rondo was shell shocked destroying his confidence

the fit is questionable, but you guys have not lost anything, so i don't see how can you bitch about it. You guys should actually be happy if he plays bad at the start, so you can sign him for a cheap long term contract. remember that you guys have 0 drafted talent in almost 10 years, that's a move to stay relevant.

Maybe but i don't think so. BUT they way max's are giving out (Hayward, Parsons, Bosh...) it would not surprise me.

We lost Wright and Crowder. Definitely not nothing. Dick and Villanueva playing more is not a good thing.

it's the lack of a back up C that hurts us most imho, but it'll be fixed as soon as we sign Jermaine. Villanueva has been playing solidly in our rotation since the trade so it wouldn't bother me if Carlisle gave him even more minutes. We've struggled to perform in recent games after losing our only backup C, which we should've predicted and be prepared for in the first place. Just like I said, we shouldn't pull the trigger unless we were sure we could sign a decent big (like Jermaine) immediately after the trade was done, we should've known that life is not easy when we only have one C on the team tbh.

He said that he makes his choice in January and that was said before the Rondo trade. Right now he is skiing with his family. :lol
