See Spurs forum for link, tbh..

Pretty unreal to be 38-39 years old and in the conversation for DPOY, nobody has ever played at this level for such a long time..

his strong side blocking has been pretty poor, but other than that he has been tremendous until kawhi was here, now he looks tired and can't grab a rebound.

Duncan?

He's literally tied for his highest rebounds per 36 of his career so far this season.

10.5 rebounds per 36 in those games. is this the part where u tell me rebounding stats are overrated in evaluating rebounding ability in the same way yards per carry is irrelevant for running backs :lol

I didn't feel like a debating with a libtard.

You didn't say any of that though. Why did you only include two years of YPC though?

You didn't say any of that though. Why did you only include two years of YPC though?
because those were his two most recent years, and he had injury problems in both. running back with 2+ years on injury issues aren't typically going to be trustworthy. that position is quite fragile

and i dont think "i didn't say any of that"... i recall saying "he hasnt even topped 4 ypc since 2011" or something along those lines, and i repeatedly said their O-Line will give them issues this year. i also told you your receiving weapons will be garbage (while u were hyping Tiquan Underwood) and i told you Benjamin is good but will be very raw (which is true)

So you meant "until Kawhi was hurt" not "until Kawhi was here". Two totally different things.

Christ, here we go again, we've had this action before. You can't break the law, 21. If the state of Texas states she gets half, she gets half. If she wants to then send him a certified check for an amount in agreement that is fine, but, you can't murder me because I give you permission. You idiot, you.

Doesn’t Texas Law Award the Community Estate 50/50 Without a Prenup or Partition?
No. Texas law does not provide anywhere for a 50/50 division. Section 7.001 of the Texas Family Code states:

"In a decree of divorce or annulment, the court shall divide the estate of the parties in a manner that the court deems just and right, having due regard for the rights of each party and any children of the marriage." TX Fam Code Sec. 7.001.

There are many factors taken into account by a court when it divides a community estate, and there is no presumption in favor of 50/50 or anything else.

it was finalized back in August, and none of the details were released publicly, regarding custody or assets. all we know is they are divorced and Duncan came in with a prenup

Another primary lesson from Duncan's divorce is the potential importance of a prenuptial agreement when one party has large assets. Duncan is reportedly attempting to enforce the prenup between him and his wife Amy. Duncan and his wife met while they were both in college at Wake Forest where he played basketball and she was a cheerleader. Duncan went pro after graduating with a Psychology degree in 1997, but did not get married until 2001. Duncan was already well into his multimillion dollar player contract as well as several endorsements. His prenuptial agreement most likely covered the assets he brought into the marriage and his earnings during the marriage, and future earnings and division of assets after the marriage. NBA star Kobe Bryant, who also got married in 2001 did not have a prenup and half of his estimated $150 million net worth was subject to the divorce in 2011.

The Spurs are a top 6 defensive team and 3rd in defensive rebounding percentage (despite two of their best defensive players [Splitter/Leonard] being out for half the year). Duncan leads the league in Defensive RPM and is averaging over 2.2 blocks per game.

IIRC, the Spurs were actually #1 defensive team up until the middle of December when this ridiculous schedule started..

Only pussies & asshole blame the scheduling.

And the ridiculous injuries.

Spurs defense is by far the best in league when everyone is healthy.

What do you call a perfectly healthy player who sits out three straight games to rest?

We're pretty good. Maybe Chicago and Memphis can be consistently as good or maybe even a bit better, they just don't have the offense to match though, IMO... health is our main concern...

Come playoff time HCA won't matter. It didn't matter last year. Heath does matter.

The Spurs are a top 6 defensive team and 3rd in defensive rebounding percentage (despite two of their best defensive players [Splitter/Leonard] being out for half the year). Duncan leads the league in Defensive RPM and is averaging over 2.2 blocks per game.

Pretty cut and dry case at this point.

I dont care much for advanced metrics especially teh defensive ones that rate Harden so high. SPurs were very good early but lately they have sucked and although I dont blame Timmy for that I still dont see him as the DPOY ...but we shall see. for them to make a run at a top WC seed they will need to tighten things back up. At times with KL out Green has been the most impressive defender, but I dont live un SA any longer so I can only base that on like 8-10 games.

It doesnt bother me if he wins he is a great player and I am not threatened by his legacy since I already placed Tim over Kobe ...just giving an honest opinion.

I'm not sure what further quantification you want.

Who's more deserving at this point?

I am not sure. No candidiate jumps out at me but when I have seen Spurs Green has been the most consistent defender tbh ...but again that is only for the 8 or 10 games I saw.

Only pussies, assholes and Gene Hackman play the deserving card.
