You're crazy.

C: Mohammed / Dampier - very big edge to Dallas
PF: Duncan / Nowitzki - slight edge to Dallas
SF: Bowen / Howard - major edge to Dallas
SG: Ginobili / Christie - Ginobili gets edge on offense, Christie gets edge on defense: even
PG: Parker / Terry and Harris - Parker has the edge in experience, Terry and Harris have the edge in talent: even
Bench: Finley, Van Exel, Barry, Horry, Robinson / Stackhouse, Van Horn, Terry/Harris, Armstrong, Diop - very slight edge to San Antonio

-------------------------
But that's an awful lot of ifs for a team that once had aspirations for a championship.

Here is another blast of wisdom from this 'tard.....

I wouldn't worry too much about this particular turn of events. Doug Christie will embarrass Mike come playoff time.

Can't you imagine the content/topic of the phone calls between NVE and Fin leading up to this?

Yeah... it probable went something like this:

Nick - Hey Mike... F-em.
Mike - Yeah, F that bitch. I'm signing with the Spurs.

If the vast majority of active posters is correct, Finley won't be on the court anyway. You guys say he can't play anymore. Having learned all about Finley from you guys, I don't expect Popovich to give him more than 2 minutes of PT per game--maybe 5 minutes if it's garbage time.

Manu Ginobili is certainly good enough to start for the San Antonio Spurs. Its just that when he comes off the bench, he makes his club better. We have to stay humble, Ginobili said. Weve got a lot of room to improve. We really want to do it. We want to become, as soon as possible, the best team that we can be.

That's with Ginobili on the bench and Finely starting.

A spurs fan lost it. The Heat are the better team if both teams are healthy. Mohammad can't guard Shaq and Bowen can't guard Wade. San Antonio's supposed great defense will get shattered by penetration. If both are healthy Miami is guaranteed a championship.

Nowitzki over Duncan? How many MVP awards has Dirk won? How many first-team defense awards has Dirk won? Or better yet, how many CHAMPIONSHIPS has Dirk won?

Dampier over Nazr? You could argue that. But what about Dampier over Nazr/Rasho/Oberto? Game over.

Christi and Ginobili, edge even? Yeah, about that........

Parker and Terry/Harris, edge even? Do those two guys even QUALIFY as pointguards?

Spurs bench vs. _allas bench- well, first off, we DO NOT have Robinson. Someone hasn't done their research. But not like that makes a difference, because we DO have Beno, Oberto, and Rasho which this guy conveniently forgot.

Oh please, Duncan takes Shaq like O'Neal was his bitch. Heat ain't SHIT, especially with their aquisitions over the summer, they fucked themselves with an iron stick.

I believe the Lakers owned Duncan. He was scared in that series in 2004. Shaq has owned the spurs for a while. They have won 3 of the last 4 series against San Antonio so Duncan got Duncowned

HeatChamps
09-01-2005, 08:50 PM
Yeah and if Horry made that 3 pointer it would be 4 to 1. :lol Face it. The spurs can't handle Shaq if they play in the finals.

I live in Fort Worth at the moment and I have been a Spurs fan forever. You wouldn't believe some of the crap that these idiot mavs fans have been saying about both NVE and Fin. A couple of jackasses on ESPN radio in Dallas, who a couple of months ago were talking about how great it would be for the mavs to get Nick back are now saying that he is too old, to short and has diminishing skills. They are even saying that Fin is going to hurt the Spurs rather than help them. Since the news hit this week about San Antonio's two new additions, Dallas fans have been pretty sour.

Too bad the Heat will be the third best team in the East, so we'll never know. Maybe you can get one of those Finley in a Heat uniform banners to use as a bedspread as you cry into your pillow next May.

lol. The spurs fans just can't admit that the Heat had better signings this summer than them. NVE and Finley will hardly get any minutes and they need alot of minutes to get in a flow. They will be nonfactors kinda like what happened to Brent Barry with limited minutes.

HAHAHAHAHA Freaking hilarious. Its really kind of sad to see these posers trying to piss on the spurs parade. And hey Dickhead "heatchamps" if u want to keep aruing these points u might want to jump back on the lakers bandwagon since theyve at least won a championship. You suck and i hope u die.

The sad thing about the post was that it was supposed to be sarcastic, and then some dumbnut came in and AGREED with him, just freaking hilarious.
And don't miss this gem:

What's more, the Rockets and Suns were able to put the brakes on Dirk a little bit, but I don't know that San Antonio would have been so successful.
Yeah, I am sure the Rockets, and the SUNS are able to stop someone the Spurs can stop. makes perfect sense to me.
BTW, HeatChamps, why aren't you spursdaone anymore? Running out of material with that username?

You mean like this

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=250507006

DALLAS (AP) -- The Dallas Mavericks were merely looking for a good game on both ends of the court. What they got was the most lopsided Game 7 victory in NBA playoff history.

And take note, Phoenix: They did it despite Dirk Nowitzki still misfiring.

With Jason Terry leading the offense and Josh Howard setting the defensive tone against Tracy McGrady, Dallas took a big lead in the opening minutes and built on it the rest of the way for an impressive 116-76 victory over the Houston Rockets on Saturday night.

:lol

Too obvious man. Even the arguments and the way s/he types is the same. I mean, as a troll using different screenames, you were supposed to have different writing styles and arguments, just to throw people off. But to write in exactly the same way, and simply changing the screenname and his/her "favourite" team is quite weak.
